You can search through our vast collection of vendor items.  To shop, quiclky create an account and get verified, then shop and check-out your order. We deliver within Kenya with custom pricing for your consignment.

How do I place an order?

Shopping on EYBY is an easy to follow process. Once you have identified the product you want to buy, follow the steps below:

  • Click on ‘buy now’, to add this product to your cart,
  • Click on ‘cart’ in the top right corner,
  • Register/Login into your account by entering your email and password,
  • Enter your shipping/billing information,
  • Choose your preferred payment option,
  • Click on ‘Confirm order’ to proceed to the payment portal and complete your order.

I ordered multiple items but I have received only one item so far. What’s seems to be the problem?

After shopping on EYBY, Items are shipped separately by different vendors/ sellers for minimum delay of your order. When you buy from several sellers with different delivery types, the goods might be delivered separately and shipping takes different days to be fulfilled.

These are our delivery types for goods sold on EYBY:

  1. Deliver type for products under ‘EBE’ (Express By EYBY) will take 1-3 working days,
  2. Products under delivery type ‘DS’ (shipped by local seller) will take 3-5 working days,
  3. Products under delivery type ‘GS’ (shipped from overseas/global) will take 15-25 days, each delivery type goods is shipped individually.
