What is the specification most often left vague?

A cassette shows its own face in the ceiling.
Visual requirement usually decides.
What void depth does it need?
Enough for the body plus duct connections.
That is more than a cassette in most cases.
Ducts need space to turn without crushing.
Slim units exist for shallow voids.
Condensate fall must be accommodated too.
Survey the void before selecting.
How is condensate handled?
By a pump and a drain route with fall.
The unit sits above the ceiling.
A failed pump damages the ceiling below.
High level alarm and shutdown are important.
The pump must be reachable through the hatch.
Plan the drain route with the duct layout.
